Elif Esra Kırımlı

She completed her LL.M. studies in International Banking and Finance Law at Boston University School of Law in 2000, submitting her final thesis on Public/Private Partnerships. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Tax Law at Istanbul University, Department of Financial Law. She continues her legal practice as a founding partner at Kırımlı & Partners. Her primary areas of specialization are Tax Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, and Intellectual and Industrial Property Law. She is the author of a published work titled “ISM (International Safety Management Code) Rules,” which appeared in the Journal of Maritime Law Association. She is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and has an advanced command of English.
